Dear Rob,
Thanks for loving me and for understanding me. Thank you for all the laughs and the relationship stories. They always made me smile, and I loved talking the "who is with who" talk with you.
Thank you for welcoming me into your home on so many occasions and treating me like family. You're an AMAZING father, and you have showed me more kindness than I probably deserved. Thank you for talking with me about school and life. Thank you for telling us where Nick's car was hidden so I could completely trash it! :) Thank you for always listening.

Dear Becky,
Thank you for all the endless hours of being my utah 'mother' and more importantly, my friend. You would talk with me about my life and make sure I was doing okay, that I didn't need anything. And if I did need something, you would be there for me.
Thank you for allowing me to spend a month at your house while I recovered from surgery. Thank you for allowing so many visitors to come see me while I was at your house, and welcoming them into your home. Thank you for TAKING CARE of me, and spending all those hours making food for me, and taking care of me, and helping me. And for always checking up on me.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your family. Thank you for two years of trick or treating with Rachel. Thank you for letting me be friends with your sons- Tyler, Nick, and Dewey. They've been remarkable friends. They've been there through some of my hardest times, and we've had some incredibly enjoyable times. Thank you for letting me be there when Chief opened up his mission call, for thanksgiving dinner, for inviting me over for Nick's wedding, for everything you've ever done.
Thank you for visiting me in the hospital and sitting and talking with me while I had nothing else to do. You've been amazing.
- J
** Disclaimer- many of the things said apply to both of you **
So, thank you.... I could never thank you enough for the selfless service you have done for me throughout the past two years. But, still, I thank you :)

Bishop Potts is my bishop this year!!! He is so dedicated and we love him.
ReplyDeleteWe seriously had one of the best bishoprics possible. I know they were called to serve the people that lived/now live in the ward. They were meant to be there for each of us. And your letters beautifully summed up what is so special and wonderful about both Brother and Sister Potts. :D
