It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas

Today I am grateful for my winter coat. It's been rather chilly lately, and it has kept me so warm. I love having winter coats that I can put on and stay toasty. It's pretty much the best ever. Fact.

Budda Buh Buh Buh I'm Lovin It

Today (11/6/11) I am grateful for my laptop. I am able to do so many things that I would not otherwise be able to do, with my laptop. I love having it available to do whatever I deem necessary:) I love it so much.

Today I am grateful for my scriptures and the influence for good they are in my life. I love how when I read them I can feel the spirit on command. Plus, reading them just makes me happy!

Vroom Vroom

Today I am grateful for my car, and cars in general, so I don't have to freeze during the winter time. Especially since I have quick heat in my car:) I mean, that's not the only reason I'm grateful for cars, but that's a total plus! I also am grateful for them because they get me places when I need to go, and they get me there way fast. It's fantastic.

Baby It's Cold Outside

For day 3, I am grateful for sweatshirts. I love them so much. I love how comfy they are. I love how warm they keep me. I especially love sweatshirts with drawstring hoods, and big pockets. Those are the best kind:)

La La La Whatever

Today I am especially grateful to have a decent singing voice. Music is so important to me. Music is my life. I can't imagine my life without it... I am grateful I can sing, and I am grateful for my friends, and those around me, that can sing as well. It's just nice to hear beautiful voices surrounding me:)

As Per Tradition

Every year I write a list of what I'm grateful for, and don't repeat any over the years. Well, this year I'm doing it a little different. I will be posting each day during the month of November something I am grateful for. This will be the first.

Today I am grateful for food. Seems simple enough, right? Did you know there are 925 million hungry people in the world today? And in 2009 that number was 1025 million undernourished people. How often we take for granted our food...

I am grateful that I have the luxury of going to the store when I need food, that I can then afford the food, and that I can eat whenever I am hungry. I no longer will take food for granted. It's something I couldn't live without, and something I am lucky enough to have.
